Research of the InfoTech Lab modulators

Club KIT regional NGO working on development of new informational technologies.

In 2001-2002, on the base of Clinics of Hospital Therapy of Voronezh State Medical Academy after M.N. Burdenko in the regional clinical hospital, a research of results of interaction of informational modulators of the InfoTech Lab with a man had been conducted.




This work was aimed to examine the affect InfoTech Lab bioresonancial informational modulators (Briz-3, Briz-4 and KIT-4) had on alteration of functional conditions of the heart-vessel system, as well as the possibilities of their wide use in order to increase effectiveness of the complex therapy of patients with ichemic heart desease joined with hypertonic desease on the background of metabolic syndrome, 2nd type diabetes and patients with dystony.

62 patients participated in the clinical examinations. Patients with 2nd stage hypertonic desease with signs of damages of target organs, associate clinical conditions, ИБС, 2nd and 3rd functional class tension stenocardia on the background of metabolic syndrome with a number of risk factors (smoking, overweight, heavy inheritance, etc.). All the patients had passed a complete clinical instrumental test.

The protocol of inclusion of patients in the examination was determined so that the patients forming the group be approximately of the same age and have the same desease period, pathofuctional change level, functional classes, etc. Once patients agreed to use biomodulators in addition to standard pharmaceutical therapy they were randomly chosen to use either a real modulator or a placebo.

Thus, two groups of patients of 32 and 30 people were formed: 1- those bearing Briz-3, Briz-4 or KIT (test group), 2 - those bearing placebo that would absolutely be like the real device (control group). The therapy course meant 2-3 week stay in the hospital. All that time the patients had a modulator or a placebo either in their pockets or ------ area.

The middle age of the test group patients was 52,3 years, control group – 51,8 years. The comparison had shown that the clinical conditions of the test group and the control group were almost identical. Mutual correlation between the groups on the complaints of the patients, coincidence of levels of damages of target organs and treatment standards was high and trustworthy.

The following methodics were used for objectivization of the assessment of the affect of the biomodulators:
1. Assessment of the vegetative regulation of blood circulation based on the analysis of variability of the heart rhythm using the Varikard program complex, designed by Ramena Institute of Appliance of New Medical Technologies (Ryazan) and recommended for public medical practice by the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation.
2. Assessment of haemodynamic parameters based on ultra sound test of heart and arteries, veloergometry, day monitoring (ЭКГ and АД).
3. Assessment of psychophysiological regulation within the frames of psychosomatic approach (Cung scale of self-esteem and depression and Wehen scale of vegetative status, Wehen questionnaire).
4. Assessment of life quality of a patient in the process of therapy (Nottingham health profile).

The complex assessment of variability of the heart rhythm allowed to generally conclude that, in general, all the types of bioresonancial modulators used in this reasearch decrease the activity of regulation systems towards the normalization of functional conditions.

It can be said that biomodulators decrease the tension of regulation systems, increase the activity of own defensive mechanisms and autonomous regulation systems. This can explain fine clinical effect of treatment of the test group patients which was accompanied by positive shifts in the psychophysiological conditions and improvement of the life quality.

Such a mechanism for the patients with placebo did not work and, in many cases, medication therapy led to activization of central regulation systems instead of the autonomous ones. However, such an effect cannot be stable because it is dependent on pharmaceuticals taken.

Results of the psychophysiological examinations were extremely interesting and important. As it is seen from the data in methodical recommendations, under the influence of standard treatment and bearing the biomodulators, the test group patients experienced positive dynamics of alarm depressive conditions and life quality.

The number of headache and heartache complaints decreased, mood, sleep and appetite improved, tension and anxiety decreased, mobility, energetic and physical activities increased. Also, prior to sign-out, indications in the test group improved and just slightly changed in the control group.

Unfortunately, despite the creation of new, sometimes complex and expensive methods of treatment, the medical science has not yet achieved a significant progress in life expectancy increase for people suffering heart deseases. That is why, it is obvious that the patients receive benefits from the achieved life quality improvements.

As it is seen from the analysis of the results of the conducted research, the differences between the test group and the control group show that the effectiveness of the treatment with additional usage of bioresonancial modulators is qute higher.

From the above said the following conclusions can be made:

1. Usage of the bioresonancial modulators as the supplementary means during the standard (traditional) treatment of cardiological patients allows to drastically increase the treatment effect by activation of defensive rehabilitative processes and turn-on of the mechanisms of self-regulation.

2. Changes of vegetative regulation going on under the influence of bioresonancial modulators positively affect psychoemotional state of patients: life quality improves (attitude to life, mood, sleep, physical activity), number of signs of depression decreases, tolerance to physical load increases, number of pain episodes in breast area decreases.

3. In the process of clinical observation and treatment no negative factors and negative changes while using bioresonancial modulators had been identified.

This research demonstrates that the effect of interaction of human organism with biomodulators is not the result of direct self-inspiration (so called placebo effect). Anyway, in order to get a positive effect when using biomodulators it is important that patients have a positive psychoemotional ground, concordance and desire to supplement clinical treatment with bearing the modulators.

The research had been conducted under the supervision and control of Prof. E.V. Minakov, Academician of MAI, Ph.D., Prof. R.M. Baevsky, Academician of MAI, Ph.D., Dr. G.N. Streletskaya, Dr. A.P. Barseneva, Member-Correspondent of MAI.

More detailed information on the results of these examinations is available in the methodical recommendations Increase of Effectiveness of Complex Therapy of Heart Vessel Deseases on the Basis of Usage of Bioresonancial Modulators, printed based on materials received during the research. These methodical recommendations are for use of medicians-therapists, cardiologists, psychotherapists, etc.

The methodical recommendations are printed by the decision of the Central Methodical Council of Russian State Medical Academy, protocol #4, 13.02.2003.
